Delete Account & Data Deletion Request
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for any app published by Silverbit Studio (for example games or mini-apps on mobile stores).
Important: Your email must clearly state which app the request applies to (exact app name). If you use several of our apps, say whether you want one app removed or all of them—otherwise we may not be able to match your request.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data:
Send an email to: creative.dev.vn@gmail.com
Subject: Delete Account Request
Include the following information:
- App name (required) — Use the exact name as shown on the App Store, Google Play, or inside the app. If you want more than one app deleted, list each app clearly.
- Registered email address or User ID (from the Profile screen when you tap your avatar), so we can verify your account.
Data that will be deleted
For the app (or apps) you named in your request, after we process it we will delete:
- Account information (email, profile)
- In-app progress and data
- Inventory / virtual items
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes:
- Transaction records (if applicable)
- Logs for security and fraud prevention
Processing time
- Requests are processed within 7 days.
- Backup data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
