Terms of Service - Hidden Mind

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Hidden Mind, a mobile game provided by Silverbit Studio. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the game.

2. Eligibility

You are responsible for making sure your use of Hidden Mind complies with the laws and rules that apply in your location. If you are under the legal age required in your region, you should use the game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

Hidden Mind may allow you to sign in using Facebook, Google, email, X, or other supported methods. When account features are enabled:

• leaderboard Your username and game scores may be displayed publicly on leaderboards.
• cloud_sync Your progress may be stored on our servers to synchronize gameplay across devices.
• lock You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

Silverbit Studio may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the game, other players, or our services.

4. Acceptable Use

Please play fairly and respectfully. You may not use Hidden Mind to:

• Hack, modify, or interfere with the game.
• Cheat, use bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior.
• Spam, harass, or impersonate other people.
• Manipulate, disrupt, or damage leaderboards.
• Use the game in a way that violates applicable law.

5. Virtual Items & Purchases

Hidden Mind may offer virtual items, in-game content, or other digital purchases. These items are licensed for use only inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may not be sold or transferred outside the game. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store, Google Play, or the platform where the purchase was made.

6. Intellectual Property

Hidden Mind and its content are owned by Silverbit Studio or its licensors. This includes, without limitation:

• Artwork
• Music and audio
• User interface
• Source code
• Logo and branding
• Game design

You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or create derivative works from Hidden Mind except as allowed by law or by written permission from Silverbit Studio.

7. Third-Party Services

Hidden Mind may use third-party services such as Google, Facebook, X, Supabase, and Google AdMob for features like sign-in, cloud services, analytics, advertising, or platform support. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The app may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep Hidden Mind available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the game or its online features will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available. We may perform maintenance, release updates, change features, or close servers when needed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silverbit Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of Hidden Mind. This includes, for example, loss of data, service interruptions, software errors, device issues, or loss of access to your account or progress.

10. Termination

If you violate these terms, misuse the game, or harm other players or our services, Silverbit Studio may suspend or lock your account, remove or reset game data, restrict access to features, or terminate service access. You may stop using Hidden Mind at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Hidden Mind after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
