Terms of Service - Harmonee

1. Acceptance and launch status

These Terms of Service govern your use of Harmonee, a connection app provided by Silverbit Studio. Harmonee is currently coming soon, and features may change before public release.

2. Eligibility

Harmonee is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority required in your location, to use dating or matching features. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.

3. Accounts and profiles

You are responsible for the information you provide in your profile and for activity through your account. Keep profile details accurate, respectful, and lawful. Do not impersonate another person or create an account for someone else without permission.

4. Matching suggestions and AI support

Harmonee may use algorithms and AI-assisted systems to suggest people for matching, friendship, or dating. Suggestions are informational and do not guarantee compatibility, safety, a response, or any relationship outcome. You decide whether and how to interact with other users.

5. Conduct and safety

Please treat other users with respect. You may not use Harmonee to:

• Harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse other people.
• Share illegal, hateful, explicit, or non-consensual content.
• Impersonate, deceive, scam, or request money fraudulently.
• Scrape data, use bots, spam, or disrupt the service.
• Post another person’s private information without permission.
• Use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

6. User content and messages

You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you grant Silverbit Studio the permission needed to host, display, transmit, moderate, and operate that content within Harmonee. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or create safety risks.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

Harmonee may offer paid features, subscriptions, or digital purchases in the future. Purchase and refund handling may depend on the web, App Store, Google Play, or the platform where the purchase was made.

8. Third-party services

Harmonee may use third-party services for sign-in, cloud infrastructure, analytics, messaging, moderation, payments, push notifications, or platform support. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Harmonee reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available. We may update, test, change, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

10. Termination

If you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create safety risks, Silverbit Studio may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account or access. You may stop using Harmonee at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Harmonee after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
